The parking situation lacked designated disabled spaces, which could be inconvenient for those traveling with mobility issues, but there’s easy access for drop-offs. The noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, especially with the window open, but oddly enough, it felt more calming than intrusive. reserved restaurant tables didn’t seem guaranteed, as I had to eat in the bar despite emailing weeks in advance, which might surprise celebratory guests looking for a more special dining experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Clovelly Harbour and hit the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The place is full of charm, comfy rooms, and a cozy vibe. The food was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, there’s ample secure parking, which is a huge plus for groups. Definitely a great spot for a getaway!
I did notice the lounge needed some updating. it felt a bit worn and could use a designer's touch to make it more inviting.

We enjoyed fantastic meals every day, especially the amazing breakfasts and delicious evening dinners. The charming atmosphere and beautiful decor, including old fireplaces, were perfect for a family stay with our three dogs. Clovelly Harbour was a short trip and well worth it.
In my wife’s opinion, there should be a designated area in the dining space for families with dogs.

It was fantastic to wind down with a lovely dinner, especially the duck dish, which was exceptional. breakfast was generous, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a lovely evening enjoying delicious cream tea with warm scones and jam. The garden area was perfect for unwinding in the sun. There’s even a sun terrace that’s a nice spot to relax. Only a minor hiccup with the bathroom extractor fan, but everything else was spot on. 😊

Charming spot with tasty roasts
We popped in for drinks and were wowed by the beautiful thatched roof and friendly staff. Even better, dogs are welcome everywhere. We couldn’t resist trying the roast beef dinner—just £16 and it was delicious! Only bummer was the toast at breakfast took way too long to arrive.
